Chanterelles and Salad
Chanterelle Cream Soup or chanterelles in sour cream - now everything revolves around the chanterelle.

Venison with rosé cabbage, venison with spaetzle, wild boar with mushrooms - in autumn it is wild.
Roast goose with glazed chestnuts or goose-leg with apple red cabbage. Crispy and delicious.
