February
County Baden Fisch Weeks
Black Forrest Trout, Salmon Trout, Char, Victoria Perch and much more with corresponding wines.

March and April
Steak
Juicy, delicate and light pink - a good Rump steak or chateaubriand are a highlight.

April to June
Asparagus and more
County Baden asparagus and County Baden Wines – Every year again a special treat.

July and August
Chanterelles and Salad
Chanterelle Cream Soup or chanterelles in sour cream - now everything revolves around the chanterelle.

September and October
Game
Venison with rosé cabbage, venison with spaetzle, wild boar with mushrooms - in autumn it is wild.

December
Goose
Roast goose with glazed chestnuts or goose-leg with apple red cabbage. Crispy and delicious.

Tuesday is a day off, except for carnival and between Christmas and New Year. Holidays from early November to early December.
