Brägel-Weeks at the Schwarzwaldhof from 17th June to 2nd July
The “Brägel” is related to the Swiss roesti and is eaten in our region. It consists of grated, boiled potatoes, while the roesti consists of grated, raw potatoes. It is fried on both sides and seasoned well with pepper and salt. Not to be confused with the local “Brägele” (fried potatoes). From our region is a fresh Brägel always a delight.
